I've been in my role for nearly 6 years, and previously worked in finance at a
multinational defence company. Amongst other things, both of these roles have given
me experience explaining financial concepts to non-financial people, and handing over
tasks and processes to people across the world. I grew up with computers and have
spent most of my life using the Microsoft Office suite (and some other bits and
pieces). I use Excel extensively in my role, as well as Teams, Powerpoint, Word and
Outlook. I've also dabbled in PowerBI, OneNote and Copilot. Outside of work, I like to
travel, eat, read, and play computer games.
